Terms and Conditions for 77zx — Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77zx ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 77zx website at 77zx.pro, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, VIP programmes, payment services and any related features.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of 77zx, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 77zx. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, the same IP address or any combination of these — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate closure of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact the 77zx support team immediately.

77zx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — particularly before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. This is a standard process to protect both the player and the platform. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 77zx are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 77zx does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered details, the funds may be held pending verification and may be returned to the original source.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and by your account status. VIP players may be eligible for higher deposit limits as part of their tier benefits.

77zx does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider — including JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own transaction fees. These are outside the platform's control and are your responsibility to check.

Deposits are generally credited to your 77zx account balance quickly, particularly for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted via the Withdrawal section of the platform. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and must be directed to an account or wallet registered in your own name — the same name as your 77zx account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 77zx may require you to verify your identity and confirm that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals requested while a bonus is active and its wagering requirements are incomplete may be declined or may result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus amount.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours on business days. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 77zx is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing schedules.

77zx reserves the right to apply standard security checks to all withdrawal requests. In cases where unusual activity is detected, additional verification may be requested before the withdrawal is released. This is for your protection as much as the platform's.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77zx offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and minimum deposit thresholds. These offer-specific terms will be communicated alongside each promotion.

General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on 77zx.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bets are final once confirmed. 77zx does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical error or an event cancellation covered by the platform's void-bet policy.

77zx reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical error, data feed failure or palpable odds error has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These are displayed within the sportsbook and casino sections. Winnings above the stated maximum payout on a single event may be capped at that limit.

The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended and balances may be voided.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 77zx and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPN, proxy services or other tools to misrepresent your location or identity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, bonus farming or exploiting promotion terms.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or platform staff.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for financial crime purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77zx platform — including the logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and data — is the property of 77zx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission.

The 77zx name, logo and associated brand marks may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without the platform's prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the 77zx Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, payment processing, gameplay and customer support interactions.

77zx uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, provide customer support, detect fraud and improve the platform. Your data is not sold to third parties. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 77zx's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim. 77zx is not liable for:

12. Suspension & Closure

77zx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, for money laundering, or in any way that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified where possible. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld balances returned. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and balances forfeited in line with the nature of the breach.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — provided all bonus wagering requirements are met and no outstanding investigations are pending — will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
